Once payment has been confirmed the purchase is then collected from our warehouse by the courier company. Kindly note that dispatch of your order may take between 2-3 days, thereafter which the courier company will collect your order for delivery. You will receive a tracking number which you may use to track your parcel as it travels to you, using the link provided on our website. The courier company may take between 3-7 working days to deliver your parcel, depending on your location within South Africa.

Please note that all Click Furniture products are supplied unassembled in a flatpack.  All packages are sent to consumers with detailed instructional manuals for easy assembly. In the rare occurrence that you are short of a piece, you are may contact us for assistance.
