Do I need an account to buy from Click Furniture?
No. You can shop and checkout your items safely and securely without the need of a registered account. However, in order to keep a record of all your purchases and get exclusive offers from us, we do suggest you register for an account.
Where is Click Furniture located?
We are always ready to welcome our customers who visit our physical store and showroom located at 26 Blumberg Street,  Industria West, Johannesburg, Gauteng. Please do drop by when you can
Do you deliver to countries outside of South Africa?
Unfortunately not. All purchases must be accompanied by a South African address to which they must be delivered. Click Furniture currently does not deliver outside of South African borders.
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Click Furniture offers free delivery on most of our listed products. Lounge Suites or similar bulk products will have a delivery fee specified on the product description.



How long will delivery take?
Johannesburg – Between 2 to 4 working days Durban – Between 3 to 5 working days Cape Town – Between 4 to 7 working days
What exactly happens after ordering?
Your order is processed and despatched with the couriers, we will send you the waybill to trace and track your order
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, invoice is generated and sent to your email as soon as payment is done.

Where can I view my invoice / receipt?
An invoice will be emailed to the email address used to make the purchase as soon as the sale has been completed. Additionally, our payment processor, PayFast, also requires your email address in order to confirm the success of the purchase. If you have an active Click Furniture account, all your purchase receipts will lso be available within your account.
Which payment methods do you support?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
In case you receive a product with visible damage on the packaging please call or email us within 7 days and we will request the courier company to collect and replace the product, if you don’t notify us within 7 days, we will not be able to exchange or refund.
Our products are delivered flat packed and requires assembling, We take no responsibility for any damage to the goods or personal injury to you or anyone else may suffer during assembling.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you cancel an order and the goods have already left the Click Furniture warehouse, you will be liable for the delivery fee and a cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the goods. We can only process refunds once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our warehouse. If cancellation of an order is initiated by us, no cancellation fees will be payable. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding cancellation.
